Registering for a German course at AKAZA Education is simple, fast, and flexible. You can choose the registration method that suits you best. 1. Online Registration (Recommended) Use the search and filter function on our website to quickly find the German course that best matches your needs. Simply select your preferred course, enter your personal details, and complete your booking online. You can pay securely using a variety of payment methods, including credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other popular payment options. Once your booking is complete, you will automatically receive a booking confirmation and your invoice by email. 2. In-Person Registration You are also welcome to visit our language school in Leipzig during our opening hours. Our team will be happy to advise you on choosing the right course and assist you with the registration process. You can pay the course fee on-site by cash or card. 3. Registration by Email or WhatsApp Alternatively, you can contact us by email or WhatsApp. We will send you a registration form, which you can complete and return to us. You will then receive your invoice and can pay the course fee conveniently by bank transfer. Whichever registration method you choose, we will ensure that your registration is processed quickly, easily, and reliably. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you.

At AKAZA Education, you don't have to choose between quality and flexibility. Our online courses are delivered as hybrid classes, meaning they are streamed live together with our in-person classes. Online participants attend the same lesson at the same time as students in the classroom and receive the same high-quality learning experience. Thanks to our modern classroom technology, including large displays, high-quality cameras, microphones, and digital presentation systems, you can follow the lesson in real time, ask questions, actively participate in discussions, and interact with both the teacher and your classmates—almost as if you were physically in the classroom. All course materials are also provided digitally, allowing you to access them anytime. This gives you maximum flexibility without compromising on the quality of your German language course. Whether you choose an online or an in-person course, you will follow the same curriculum, learn with the same qualified teachers, and benefit from the same high standard of instruction.

At AKAZA Education, we prepare you for telc exams from A1 to C1. As a telc-certified examination centre, we are able to offer and conduct these exams directly at our school. We currently do not offer other examination formats. Our language courses at levels A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1 provide you with the language skills you need to successfully pass a telc exam. During the courses, you practise important skills such as reading, listening, writing and speaking. For the best possible preparation for your telc exam, we additionally recommend taking a dedicated exam preparation course. There, you will become familiar with the exact exam format, practise typical tasks and prepare specifically for the individual sections of the exam. At AKAZA, you can therefore attend the appropriate German course from A1 to C1, prepare specifically for your telc exam, and then take the exam directly at our examination centre.

Yes. After successfully passing the exam, you will receive an internationally recognized language certificate issued by telc. In addition, we can provide you with a certificate of attendance for your language course upon request. This can be used, for example, as proof for public authorities or for the extension of a residence permit.

A cancellation before the course starts is possible in writing. The following fees apply: up to 6 weeks before the course starts: 20% of the course fee, with a minimum charge of EUR 25.00 4 weeks before the course starts: 30% 2 weeks before the course starts: 50% from 13 days before the course starts: no refund is possible Once the course has started, there is generally no entitlement to a refund. This also applies in cases of partial attendance, early withdrawal, or individual absences. A transfer to a later course is generally possible, but cannot be guaranteed. It depends on the number of participants and the scheduling of the later course. If a suitable later course is already planned, a transfer may be possible for a fee. If a new course has to be organized or the existing schedule needs to be changed, we will assess individually whether a transfer is possible. We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you would like to cancel or reschedule your course.

Most of our language courses last approximately 3 to 4 weeks. The exact class days and times vary depending on the course. You can find all current schedules on our website under “Learning Opportunities → Language Courses.” The course fees depend on the respective language level: A1 to B1: €390 per sub-course B2 and C1: €525 per sub-course Since individual language levels may be divided into sub-courses, the respective fee applies to each course section. Yes, it is generally possible to pass a German exam without taking a language course beforehand. However, it is important to assess your current language level realistically. The exam consists of both a written and an oral section. Therefore, being able to speak German well is not enough on its own. Grammar, spelling, reading comprehension, and written expression also play an important role. Of course, you can register for the German exam independently without attending a course. However, we only recommend this if you are confident that your German skills meet the required language level. Preparing for the exam on your own is also possible. In our experience, participants often achieve better results with targeted preparation and professional support. However, there are also candidates who prepare independently and achieve very good exam results.
